You can also provide project notes or send photos by email. If a project goes ahead, we may collect the installation address and details needed to carry out the work.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess your project, prepare a quote and arrange any work you agree to. We process information needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to perform an agreed contract. We may rely on legitimate interests to manage general enquiries, maintain site security and prevent spam, and on legal obligations where we are required to keep records.

Who handles your information

This site is hosted by WordPress.com. Its Jetpack form processes and stores quote responses and sends notifications to our enquiry inbox. The hosting platform may also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to operate and protect the website. See Automattic’s visitor privacy notice. Email providers handle correspondence sent to our inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. When an enquiry becomes a job, we keep records needed to manage the work, handle queries or disputes and meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your information, or object to its use. Email info@brayluxe.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
